Monastery ships to residential and business addresses within the domestic United States and U.S. Territories using USPS as our exclusive shipping carrier. You will receive tracking via email once your order has shipped.

We deliver across the United States as well as the U.S. Territories from Monday to Friday, except public holidays.

Additionally, we offer shipping to all residential and business addresses around the Globe via DHL with responsibility of our customers to pay all shipping, delivery, duties & tax costs associated with their orders.

GLOBAL ORDERS

Customers that are outside the United States & Territories may place an order on monasterymade.com and will be prompted with a shipping calculated at checkout. Global customers are responsible for import duties and taxes.

At this time, we cannot honor Returns or Exchanges to our customers that place orders on monasterymade.com outside the United States.

DAMAGES AND MISSING ITEMS

If, upon delivery, you find that your order is damaged or missing, please reach out to our customer service team at information@monasterymade.com right away.

A team member will provide you with the next steps to replace or refund your product.

RETURNS

At this time our products are final sale and not eligible for return.

The Deep RED LED Mask & Nano Skin Pro devices are eligible for return for up to 14 days after delivery. Please reach out if you are having trouble or have any questions!

If you believe your product to be defective please email information@monasterymade.com. Please provide the order number, name associated with your order and what's happening. We will follow up by email with next steps.
